About Us
Who We Are
Our Mission
We are the first Scottish organisation created by and for adults with ADHD, built on the belief that understanding, validation, and practical scaffolding change lives. Our ethos “Skills, not just pills” captures our commitment to empowering people with ADHD to thrive through education, peer support, and trauma-informed practice.
Validate
Peer-led support through community groups and 1-to-1 support.
Educate
Training and awareness for professionals in health, education, and justice.
Mitigate
Practical coaching, social prescribing, and collaborative community work.
Why We Do It
Because too many adults reach crisis before they reach understanding. Because ADHD is not a character flaw, it is a difference in brain wiring that, when unsupported, can lead to trauma, burnout, and exclusion. And because every person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in a way that honours their neurobrilliance.
Our Values
- Values-first and lived-led
- Community-based delivery
- Self-determination and inclusion
- Deeply trauma-informed
- Neurobrilliance Framework
- Collaborative partnerships
