Our Work

Community

Changing lives where they happen, right in the heart of the community. Our impact is strongest when it meets people where they are.

What We Offer

Peer-Led Support Groups

Community-based groups where late-diagnosed adults and those experiencing ADHD symptoms can connect, share experiences, and feel validated.

1-to-1 Support

Individual support sessions tailored to your needs, offering practical scaffolding and understanding from a lived-experience perspective.

Family Support

Supporting parents, partners, and families affected by ADHD and co-occurring conditions with understanding and practical guidance.

Social Prescribing Pathways

Collaborative work with community partners to reduce harm and improve wellbeing through non-medical interventions.

Validation in Neurodiverse Community Work

In neurodiverse community work, validation means recognising and valuing each person’s unique way of thinking and contributing. This builds confidence, reduces isolation, and encourages participation, enriching the whole community with diverse perspectives and strengths.
Delivering in the community allows us to build trust, understand local needs, and provide support that is accessible, relevant, and timely. It means breaking down barriers, reaching those who might otherwise be overlooked, and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Community Feedback
